A Mediaslide alternative? CastTool and Mediaslide side by side

Mediaslide has been around since 2012 and does a lot more than CastTool. If you work internationally with mother agencies, that matters. CastTool is the better fit if you want to try before you commit and would rather pay by roster size than by seat.

When Mediaslide is the better choice

If you settle statements with mother agencies, operate across several countries, or keep your books in QuickBooks, Xero or Sage, Mediaslide has things CastTool doesn't. The same goes if you'd rather have someone else handle the migration.

When CastTool fits better

CastTool suits small and mid-sized agencies, particularly in German-speaking markets, that want to see the product for themselves before signing anything. Once several colleagues need access, paying by roster size rather than per seat also keeps the bill simple.
