What you pay depends on how many models you manage, not on which features you unlock. Each plan sets clear limits on models, admins and storage.

Included in every plan
- Model database
- Profiles, media galleries, documents with expiry dates, and comp cards.
- Agency website
- On your subdomain, with designs, branding, a CMS and your choice of languages.
- Booking
- Request, availability check, offer, confirmation and invoice.
- Model portal
- Applications, profile updates with approval, calendar and personal bookings.
- Sent in your agency's name, with a delivery log and a suppression list.
Common questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial runs 14 days with no payment details. You only add a payment method when you subscribe.
Which models count towards my plan?
Only active models count.
What happens when the trial ends?
Without a subscription your account becomes read-only. Subscribe and you carry on where you left off.
Is a custom domain included in every plan?
We will settle that together with the prices. A casttool.net subdomain is always included.
