The model portal: profile, calendar and bookings
When models maintain their own details, those details stay current, and your team still has the final say. Changes to a profile or photos only go live after approval.
What models do in the portal
- Profile and photos
- Update stats and images. The agency reviews each change before it goes public.
- Documents
- Upload an ID or work permit with its expiry date. Files stay private.
- Availability
- Keep a calendar so the agency knows when to put you forward.
- Requests
- Confirm or decline availability, in the portal or from the emailed link.
- Your bookings
- Confirmed jobs at a glance, with date and location.
For applicants under 18
Application
The form asks for age. Under 18, parental approval starts automatically.
Parental approval
A parent receives an email link and agrees. The approval is stored so it can be shown later.
A deliberate release
The profile stays private by default. Only the agency can release it, and it stays out of search engines.
Common questions
Does every model need an account?
For the portal, yes. To answer an availability check, the emailed link is enough.
Can a model work with several agencies?
Yes, with separate access per agency. A single account across agencies isn't part of the launch.
Who can see my documents?
Only the agency you uploaded them to. They sit in private storage and never appear on the website or a comp card.
