Model booking software, all the way to the invoice
A request moves through six fixed steps. Each one has a status, so nobody has to dig through an inbox to find out where a job stands.
Every step of a booking
- Cart
- Clients build a selection of models on your website.
- Request
- A multi-step form for dates, location and project details. Your team sees it immediately.
- Availability check
- Each model gets a signed link and replies without logging in. The link works once.
- Offer
- The client accepts or declines online, on a confirmation page rather than with a single stray click.
- Confirmation
- Client and model hear about the booking by email, and the model sees it in the portal.
- Invoice
- A ZUGFeRD/Factur-X hybrid PDF with unbroken numbering. Corrections run as credit notes, not edits.
- Online payment
- Optional, through your own Stripe account. The money goes straight to your agency.

Common questions
Do the invoices meet German e-invoicing rules?
CastTool produces ZUGFeRD/Factur-X hybrid PDFs. Germany's Federal Ministry of Finance lists ZUGFeRD from version 2.0.1 as a valid format, apart from certain profiles. Please check your own situation with your tax adviser.
Do I have to take payments online?
No, it's optional. Without it, invoices are paid by bank transfer as usual.
Does CastTool handle ranked options?
The process covers request, availability and booking. Our guide to options and bookings explains how options usually work in the industry.
