Software for model agencies
Plenty of agencies keep the roster in a spreadsheet, the website in a site builder and the bookings in someone's inbox. CastTool puts all three in one place.
What your agency gets
- Roster database
- Profiles with measurements, a media gallery, a main image and approval per picture. Documents with expiry dates stay private and never appear publicly.
- Applications
- A form on your site, a review queue in the dashboard, and one step to approve. The application becomes the profile, with nothing to retype.
- Your own website
- Three designs, your branding, home page sections and CMS pages. Gallery filters are built from your own roster.
- Booking
- Cart, request, availability check by link, offer, acceptance, confirmation and invoice, in one sequence.
- Team and roles
- Invite colleagues by email as owners or admins. Your team stays under your control, not ours.
- Email in your name
- Your agency appears as the sender and replies go to your address. You can verify your own sending domain too.
How to switch
Create the agency
Pick a subdomain and set your branding. The site is ready before the first profile goes live.
Add your models
Create profiles yourself, or invite models to enter their own details in the portal.
Go live
Fill in the required legal details, publish, and connect your own domain if you have one.
Common questions
How is this different from a website builder?
A builder gives you pages. In CastTool the site is the front of your database: approve a model and the profile appears, and a request from the site goes straight into booking.
Can we run the site in several languages?
Yes. You choose your site's active languages and maintain your content per language.
Our roster is in Excel. Do we have to retype everything?
Not necessarily. Models can enter their own details through an invitation. If you have a larger roster, get in touch first.
